Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services
As part of its mandate, the Digital Government Authority (DGA) is accelerating digital transformation, enhancing the quality of services delivered to beneficiaries through government platforms, and elevating the overall digital experience in line with the strategic directions of digital government, while supporting the ambitious objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by developing the Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services.
