About the decision

Council of Ministers decision No. (418) was issued on 1442/07/25 AH, and after reviewing the recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers No. (4933) dated 1442/07/20 AH, to approve the Regulatory of the Digital Government Authority.

The decision is a qualitative leap towards enhancing digital performance within government agencies, raising the quality of services, and improving beneficiaries' experience with government agencies, in line with Saudi Arabia ambitious Vision 2030.
