As stated in the Council of Ministers decree No. 418 that announced the mandate the Digital Government Authority (“DGA”), issued on 25-7-1442 AH which states that the “DGA is the competent and national referent for all issues related to digital government. DGA aims to regulate digital government activities within government entities and thus propel a dynamic digital government environment capable of delivering highly efficient digital services”. As stated in Paragraph (4) of Article Five, that DGA is mandated to perform the task of qualification and licensing to provide trust services, digital identity and digital government, and accordingly, DGA prepared this page to be a reference for the relevant qualifications and licenses in accordance with what was stated in the regulation.
