Brief about His Excellency the Vice Governor of Shared Services:

Mohanned Yousif Al Thukair has more than 18 years of practical experience in business development, digital transformation, and providing technical consultation services in developing and executing national initiatives for the resources planning systems and business architecture to promote government work efficiency. Al Thukair has had several executive roles in both local and international companies, and last was the vice president of business development of SAP in EMEA. He is currently assigned as Vice Governor of Shared Services.

Education:

Has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in 2005. He obtained several executive certificates in management, business development, and enterprise resource planning.

Previous Experience:

• V.P. of Business Development at SAP EMEA (2020-2020).
• Head of Customer Advisory at SAP KSA (2018-2020).
• Government Sector Business Architect Lead at SAP KSA (2016-2019).
• Financial Solutions Advisor at SAP MENA (2013-2016).
• Head of SAP Applications at SIPCHEM (2007-2012).
• Business Development Analyst at SABIC (2005-2007).
