1. Introduction

The Digital Government Leadership Development Program (Quodrat-tech) was launched by the Digital Government Authority in order to promote and empower the digital transformation plans in the government sector of the Kingdom through the development of human capacities and skills, in line with the targets of digital transformation, in the Kingdom's ambitious vision 2030. The Digital Government Authority has launched the program in partnership with the Saudi Digital Academy in addition to the Future Skills Program, which both are affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, besides to elite international universities including "MIT" and Columbia Business School from the United States of America.

The Program comprises several tracks:

• Digital Leadership Track
• Digital Skills Track
• Professional Training Track
• Electronic Training Track
• Elite Tracks
