The Digital Government Authority signs an agreement in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Majid Al-Hogail and His Excellency Eng. Ahmed Alsuwaiyan to support and enable the strategic program for smart transformation in business, data and to adopt the “Balady Platform” as a sectoral platform to provide digital municipal services at the level of the Kingdom.
Balady platform is a sectoral platform for municipal services, which aims to:
• Enriching the beneficiary's experience.
• Increasing spending efficiency for digital business.
• Encouraging the use of shared infrastructure and applications.
• Facilitating the application of innovative business models in all municipalities.
• Raising Saudi Arabia’s competitive indicators in the municipal sector.
• Integrating municipalities’ digital platforms and websites.

• Launching and providing municipal services.
