Digital Budgeting Service

The Digital Budgeting Service is a service provided through the Raqmi platform as a centralized channel for receiving technical projects and their budget studies from government agencies, and processing them electronically by the Budget Team at the Digital Government Authority.
The service cycle begins when a government agency submits a new request through the platform, where the required project information and supporting documents are entered. Once submitted, the system registers the request, saves all data and attachments, and automatically links it to the submitting entity, ensuring availability for the budget team through a dedicated processing interface.
After receiving the request, the budget team can access all project data and attachments through an internal dashboard that enables them to review and analyze the project budget. The team conducts a financial and technical evaluation and records the outcome in the system as a digital recommendation, including remarks and the proposed financial value or any observations related to organizing the project budget.
Once the recommendation is approved within the system, it is published directly to the government agency, where it appears on the project page with the ability to view and download the recommendation report.
