Justifications for external hosting of e-services

Government agencies that have electronic services for their domain names hosted outside the Kingdom, and which are unable to host them inside the Kingdom for justified reasons. The service allows providing justifications (obstacles and challenges) to be reviewed and accepted to work with the related authorities to avoid them in the future.

  1. Select Submit justification for external hosting of electronic services for government domain name  "Start Service". 
  2. Use NAFATH credentials to log in.
  3. Fill in the Request Form.
  4. Submit the Service Form.
  5. The Digital Government Authority receives the application and sends a notification to the user of application's updates.

• The requester should have an active account in NAFATH.
• The agency should be registered in DGA.

You must log into domain registration portal and follow the statutory steps for managing government domains.

If there is an error in the hosting information at the Digital Government Authority, how to update the information?


Data that requires any update can be sent through Amer Center to be updated.
