About the Consultation:

As part of the Digital Government Authority’s efforts to measure satisfaction with the digital services it provides, and in line with its commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative development with government entities, a satisfaction survey was launched to evaluate feedback on Naseej services and gather insights from beneficiaries to enhance the quality and efficiency of these services.

Resulting Impact: 

The Digital Government Authority analyzed the feedback received and developed three key recommendations to improve Naseej services. These include enhancements to the platform editing service and the introduction of a platform deletion service.
