About the Consultation:

As part of its ongoing efforts to improve digital government services, the Digital Government Authority is launching a public consultation through the official account of the National Platform on X, aiming to gather public feedback on the use of trained instant chat support for beneficiaries.

Expected Impact: 

Public perspectives will be considered and reflected in decision-making processes concerning the development and enhancement of trained instant chat tools that support beneficiaries more effectively.

Resulting Impact: 

Based on the consultation analysis, the Digital Government Authority developed two key recommendations to improve instant chat support and expand its availability across its digital platforms.
