About the Consultation:

As part of its efforts to promote inclusive access to digital services, the Digital Government Authority will launch a public consultation through the National Platform’s official account on X, aiming to collect feedback from the public on the Digital Accessibility Tool for People with Disabilities, which was launched on the Authority’s platform.

Expected Impact: 

Public input will be taken into consideration and integrated into decision-making processes regarding the development of digital accessibility tools for people with disabilities.

Resulting Impact:

The Digital Government Authority has reviewed and analyzed the consultation results and developed two recommendations to enhance the Digital Accessibility Tool by adding new features and expanding its availability across other Authority platforms.
