Digital Consulting Program is one of DGA initiatives that aims to help government agencies enable digital transformation and innovation journey in Saudi Arabia.

The program aims to stimulate and provide support to government agencies in the era of digital transformation and to propose the latest trends in digital transformation and innovation, in order to serve as a government consulting arm to implement the National Digital Transformation Agenda.

The added value of digital consulting program is to properly enable the government's digital transformation journey by giving government agencies access to the largest base of consulting methodologies, publications, studies, digital applications, a massive platform for digital planning and implementation, business model updates, and infrastructure support to be in compliance with regulations.

The service is designed to assist government agencies in submitting request to evaluate the current operating model of the entity to test the current procedures, processes, resources, and capabilities of the entity and the need to update the same according to best practices from the perspective of digital transformation of operating models.

The service is designed to allow government representatives to submit requests for technical and functional evaluation of government platforms.

The digital transformation strategy assessment service is designed to allow government representatives to submit an assessment request for the department's current digital transformation strategy, in addition to providing proper basics and structure for building the best digital strategy.

The service provided by the digital consulting allows representatives of government entities to submit a benchmarking study application on one of topics of digital transformation and innovation or one of the digital solutions to enhance improvement of procedures, processes, services and products provided by government entities.

The estimated time frame for providing digital consulting services is around 4-6 weeks.
