There are procedures for verification, by filling out application form and following subsequent requirements to verify account criteria

The authorized person to enter to the platform is agency’s representative in the unified electronic services portal previously known as CIO or Chief Information Officer Portal. Agency’s representative can add information of another person responsible for social media channels.

In the event account ID is changed, or two accounts are merged, the reason for change will be elaborated with proof in a letter attached to verification request.​

Work is underway on it, and if it is launched, it will be announced after making coordination with the Center for Government Communication (CGS).

• Implementing and supporting efforts to adopt cloud solutions in Saudi government agencies, by providing data to identify opportunities for applying cloud solutions and thus enabling DGA to provide direct support to government agencies.
• Organizing work of digital government in government agencies in order to reach a digital and proactive government capable of providing highly efficient digital services and achieving integration in the field of digital government among all agencies. 
• Assessing current situation of data center in all Saudi government agencies and identifying extent of their adoption of cloud solutions."
   

This questionnaire helps DGA to identify government agencies that need direct support in adopting cloud services.

The questionnaire should be submitted within 3 weeks as of its receipt.

Data collection process requires collaboration with multiple departments at your agency. For example, you may need to communicate with human resources department to obtain information of employees, while information related to budget requires inputs of department concerned with budget. As questionnaire receiving party, it is your responsibility to involve other departments and obtain data on time.

The questionnaire can be uploaded after all questions are answered.

After you upload the questionnaire, DGA will analyze data. In the event opportunities for applying cloud solutions are identified in your agency, DGA may contact you in order to work directly with you on applying such solutions.
