Yes, there is a specific mechanism for that regard, and its implementation may require sending a letter from the administrative contact of the website requesting domain deregistration with an explanation of the reasons for that. Taking advantage of domain services is limited to government entities registered and activated on the unified portal for electronic services (Raqmi), where the leader of the government agency can add representatives of his agency through the unified portal for electronic services (Raqmi) and then they can take advantage of domain services.
