The Digital Government Authority launched the “Life Experiences” Program to build a unified experience centered around the beneficiaries of digital government services and accelerate the process of developing services by providing the necessary support to government agencies.

His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Eng. Ahmed Alsuwaiyan, stated that the “Life Experiences” Program aims to build a seamless digital experience by integrating with government agencies, which reduces the steps and time taken by the beneficiary to complete the procedures for obtaining government services. In addition, it aims to reduce the effort expended in directly dealing with concerned parties and provide proactive services to improve the quality of life for citizens, expatriates, and visitors, which aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The “Life Experiences” Program provides digital services from the perspective of beneficiaries instead of focusing on policies and procedures in order to simplify the use of digital government services, reduce challenges related to the multiplicity of content and different digital platforms, and engage beneficiaries and taking their recommendations, observations, and suggestions into account to improve the digital government services provided.

The launch of the “Life Experiences” Program aligns with the strategic directions of digital government in Saudi Arabia, making it one of the world’s leading countries in the field of digital government.
