DGA Qualifies (16) Companies to Operate Under the Revenue-Sharing Model

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the qualification of (16) technology companies to carry out digital government activities under the revenue-sharing model, after fulfilling the requirements of the Qualification Standards and Procedures Document. This step aims to regulate the market for implementing digital transformation projects and to enable the private sector to invest in developing and operating digital solutions in partnership with government agencies, according to a partnership model that enhances execution efficiency and improves the quality of digital services.

This qualification follows the previous approval of (9) companies, bringing the total number of qualified companies under this track to (25).The revenue-sharing model is considered one of the partnership approaches between the government and private sectors. It allows government agencies to implement digital projects in collaboration with the private sector, achieving operational sustainability, enhancing service quality, and stimulating innovation in the market.

This track is based on the provisions of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its executive regulations, which regulate alternative contracting methods to ensure transparency and fair competition in digital projects.The Authority clarified that companies obtaining qualification certificates under Category (A) include: Saudi Telecom Company, National Housing Services Company, Azm Saudi for Telecommunications and Information Technology, Saudi Visa and Travel Solutions Company, Ejad Tech for Information Technology, and Saudi Information Technology Company.

Under Category (B): Lean Business Services, Business Research and Development Company, Ejada Systems Company, Advanced Offering for Commercial Services Company, Nothom Al-Khebrat IT Company, Node Information Technology Company, and Jodein Information Technology Company. Category (C) includes: Al-Arrab United Management Consulting, Innovative Transformation for Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Smart Innovations Information Technology Company.This qualification comes as part of the Authority’s efforts to empower the private sector to contribute to implementing digital transformation projects, enhancing the investment environment, increasing competitiveness, and supporting the development of an integrated digital ecosystem aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
