The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the launch of the fifth cycle of the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2026, with the participation of (61) selected digital platforms based on specific criteria. The Index aims to measure the maturity of government digital platforms, products, and services, as well as their associated channels, through (4) main perspectives and (20) themes, including beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools, in line with the strategic directions of digital government.
The Index contributes to achieving a number of national objectives by attaining advanced positions in leading international indicators, providing a seamless and integrated digital experience for beneficiaries, and ensuring inclusive access for all segments of society, including persons with disabilities and the elderly, in addition to enhancing entities’ responsiveness to complaints.
The Authority continues its pivotal role in regulating government platforms and services, measuring the digital performance of government agencies, and launching indicators that enhance performance efficiency, support the digital economy, and improve quality of life, thereby strengthening Saudi Arabia’s position as a global leader in digital transformation.
