Today, the participation of “Digital Saudi”, the leading international platform, was launched under the slogan “Creative Nation”; to review Saudi Arabia’s digital successes at the global level in conjunction with the LEAP Conference, the largest global technical event hosted by Riyadh, during the period from 4 to 7 March 2024, with the participation of more than 30 government agencies, 20 companies from the private sector, and international organizations, and in the presence of a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies, Ministers, CEOs of major technology companies and decision-makers.

The first day witnessed the launch of 10 new government digital products and services and the holding of a main dialogue session entitled: “Empowering The Business Sector to Develop Pilgrim Experience Services” with the participation of His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al Rabiah, in addition to signing 14 memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements between government agencies, the private sector and international organizations; to support the digital transformation journey and promote the adoption of innovative solutions, which contributes to improving the experience of beneficiaries and enhancing the quality of life.

Also, the first day included two ministerial sessions, the first entitled: “International Cooperation in the Digital Era”, and the second entitled: “Digital Diplomacy”, in addition to a review of the experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan in digital transformation, as well as a dialogue session that highlighted the digital transformation journey of the General Court of Audit. The day concluded with a dialogue session entitled: “Enhancing Digital Inclusion in Digital Transformation”.

The Digital Saudi Arabia exhibition unifies the efforts of government agencies in highlighting the development of digital government services in Saudi Arabia under the highest international standards and practices and introducing all beneficiaries to all digital government services and how to benefit from them to improve the quality of life. In addition, stimulating the adoption of the latest technologies in the field of digital transformation in a way that enriches those interested in the digital sector, enhancing Saudi Arabia’s international position as an innovative digital environment, and highlighting success stories in the digital transformation journey and its importance regionally and internationally, in addition to highlighting the most prominent digital government services aimed at improving the quality of life and enhancing competitiveness, under the goals of Vision 2030.
