The Digital Government Authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the National Center for Government Resource Systems, organized a workshop for government agencies to activate the joint technical resource for e-payment service, on Wednesday, 26 July 2023, at Hilton Hotel in Riyadh; to introduce the direct e-payment service, and provide the best digital services and solutions to beneficiaries, in addition to promoting digital transformation in government financial transactions.

The workshop aims to enable government agencies to provide multiple payment options to beneficiaries, improve the customer experience of digital government services, in addition to facilitating the payment of government fees.
