The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has announced the launch of GovJam 2025, organized in partnership with the National Program for the Development of Information Technology and the Digital Entrepreneurship Center, aiming to enhance collaboration between the public and private sectors and empower startups and entrepreneurs to develop innovative and sustainable digital services. The three-day GovJam brings together more than (26) government agencies, with (84) startups and entrepreneurs selected from over (700) registrants representing various sectors.
The organization of GovJam comes as part of DGA’s efforts to promote innovation and expand the adoption of modern technologies in the development of government digital services, most notably artificial intelligence (AI).
It provides participants with an opportunity to explore new possibilities for applying smart solutions that contribute to improving the digital experience of beneficiaries and enhancing service efficiency.
GovJam serves as a practical platform for utilizing advanced data analytics tools to design more interactive and proactive services, strengthening Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation ecosystem and supporting the creation of an innovative society capable of employing modern technologies to serve people.
GovJam 2025 covers four main tracks: developing innovative channels for delivering government digital services that ensure easy and seamless access for all beneficiaries; employing AI technologies to build intelligent solutions capable of predicting needs and making data-driven decisions; designing ready-to-adopt digital models that enable government agencies to accelerate their digital transformation and customize solutions based on their needs; in addition to a digital inclusivity track that focuses on ensuring that all segments of society benefit from government services without exception.
It is worth noting that the Innovation Center of the Digital Government Authority provides integrated support to participants through its business accelerator, technical expertise, and technological and financial enablers that help transform innovative solutions into practical digital products that improve the quality and efficiency of government services. These efforts further strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position and leadership in innovation and reaffirm its commitment to leveraging modern technologies — particularly artificial intelligence — in serving society.
