The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has been awarded the ISO 56001:2024 Innovation Management System certification, issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and recognized by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), after fulfilling all the requirements of the international standard related to establishing and developing an innovation management system.

This achievement reflects the Authority’s commitment to applying global best practices and fostering a culture of innovation as a fundamental pillar for sustainable digital transformation.

The certification represents an advanced framework for building an integrated innovation management ecosystem within government agencies through setting directions and policies, applying governance and monitoring mechanisms, enabling stakeholder participation, and implementing awareness and change management programs to ensure the sustainability of an innovation culture.
