The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has announced the launch of the national “Cloud Pioneers” program through the “Qtech” program, with the aim of developing and empowering government professionals in the field of cloud technologies and enhancing the readiness of national talent to leverage the latest digital solutions supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation journey.

The program is launched in collaboration with leading global cloud computing companies, including Nutanix, Microsoft, Huawei, AWS, Google, and Oracle. It offers specialized training content designed to qualify participants to a professional level that keeps pace with rapid technological advancements.

Cloud Pioneers represents a significant step towards enhancing government efficiency by building national capabilities capable of managing cloud infrastructure professionally, fostering a culture of innovation, and accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies across government agencies. The program aims to provide training for over 100,000 participants by 2030, supporting the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

This initiative comes as part of the efforts of the Digital Government Authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, to enhance the digital capabilities of the government sector, empower national talent, and establish an advanced digital infrastructure that supports the development and improvement of government services in terms of efficiency and quality.
