The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has launched the "Elite" Program in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Communications, Space and Technology Commission, and and the National Technology Development Program (NTDP). The program aims to accelerate digital government transformation by leveraging the capabilities of the private sector, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

DGA explained that the "Elite" Program aims to ensure the necessary supply to meet the digital transformation demand efficiently and effectively, making Saudi Arabia a global destination for technology and innovation. Additionally, it aims to qualify SMEs for digital government projects.

The Program works on developing SMEs to increase their contribution to digital government procurement through targeted value chains and priority categories for digital government demand.
