The Digital Government Authority signed (6) cooperation agreements during the activities of the Saudi Digital Exhibition, which participated in the international technical conference “LEAP 23” under the slogan “Creative Nation and Ambitious Future”, in the period between 6-9 February 2023, with the participation of significant government and private agencies, and local and international technology and communications companies.

The agreements included signing a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop the International Diplomatic Employment Platform with Oracle Saudi Arabia. 
To enhance cooperation in free and open-source government software, the Digital Government Authority signed an agreement with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in free and open-source government software, which contributes to advancing the government transformation of open-source software products. 

Likewise, an agreement was signed with the National Water Company to provide the necessary consultations and support to raise the efficiency of digital services provided to beneficiaries.
The activities of the Digital Saudi Exhibition at the “LEAP23” witnessed the signing of (3) framework agreements with the private sector, the first with (PWC) to raise the level of beneficiaries’ satisfaction with government services, contribute to activating digital government innovation and raise the adoption of emerging technologies in the public sector. The second agreement was signed with (QSS) to benefit from its capacities and capabilities in AI robots, which enhances the adoption of innovative solutions in government agencies. The third agreement was signed with (SITE) to develop and launch the national platform for exchanging administrative correspondence between government agencies.

Through the “Digital Saudi” event, the Digital Government Authority aims to launch an interactive platform for all beneficiaries to learn about all digital government services and how to benefit from them to improve their quality of life, in addition to reviewing the digital government journey in Saudi Arabia by indicating its specific initiatives to enhance government digital transformation. In addition, the event aims to launch a group of national programs and platforms, international agreements, and services of the Digital Government Authority and government agencies.
