DGA & EXPRO have issued the Guideline of Digital Projects RFPs Preparation, with the aim of providing government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the best practices for preparing requests for proposals for digital procurement.

The guideline aims to support the government agencies to realize the digital government’s strategic directions, as well as to ensure the application of unified digital procurement practices among all government agencies. It provides them with the best practices for preparing digital procurement specifications, standardize the procurement mechanism for products and services, and enhance transparency and compliance with regulations and legislation.

The Guideline of Digital Projects RFPs Preparation raises the efficiency of digital government procurement, enhances the quality of digital services provided to beneficiaries, and ensures the sustainability of digital government investments.
