The Digital Government Authority launches the comprehensive government program to provide integrated digital services with government agencies, encouraging the use of infrastructure and common applications, and raising the level of data sharing among various government agencies, as part of the Authority’s endeavor to enable and accelerate the sustainable digital transformation of the government sector, achieve integration between government agencies, and provide more efficient and effective government services, in line with the strategic directions of the digital government.

His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Eng. Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Suwayan stressed that the comprehensive government program seeks to provide an effective digital experience and a better experience for the beneficiary through unified platforms and applications, in addition to developing and operating comprehensive government platforms through a set of technologies that enable government agencies to develop and exchange services and connect them without having to redesign, test and run the platforms themselves.

Comprehensive government platforms will facilitate and speed up the interaction between government agencies by providing government digital systems for shared services. The comprehensive government program targets the public and private sectors and provides clear sources of guidance, tools, data, and software to provide unified, consistent, accessible, and integrated services focused on the beneficiary among all government sectors.

The Digital Government Authority is the competent authority in everything related to the digital government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, developing and regulating the digital infrastructure of government agencies, raising the efficiency of websites and electronic portals, and organizing the work of the digital government within the Authority’s endeavors to achieve the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
