The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the launch of the 4th cycle of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services 2025, with the participation of (52) selected government platforms based on specific criteria; with the aim of measuring the maturity of digital government platforms, products, services and their channels, through (4) main perspectives and (20) themes, including: beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaints handling, tools and technologies, in accordance with the strategic directions of the digital government and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. 
 

The Index contributes to achieving several national targets, by reaching advanced positions in the most prominent international indices, providing a smooth and integrated digital experience for beneficiaries, and comprehensive access to all segments of society, including people with disabilities and the elderly, in addition to increasing the rate of response of government agencies to complaints.
 

 The Digital Government Authority continues playing its pivotal role in organizing and developing government platforms and services, measuring the digital performance of government agencies, and launching indices that increase performance efficiency; thus enhancing the digital economy and improving the quality of life, to enhance the Saudi Arabia’s position as a world leader in digital transformation.
