The Digital Government Authority (DGA) issued an analytical study entitled “Empowering Business and Improving Efficiency through Effective Integration of Cloud Computing in Digital Transformation of the Education Sector” to direct the efforts of the education sector towards making the most of cloud computing services, accelerating the achievement of the strategic goals of education and digital transformation in improving the quality of education, and providing the best teaching aids.
 

The study aimed to raise awareness of the importance of adopting cloud computing services in the education sector, provide concise principles for making logical and strategic decisions on adoption, provide high-quality educational content available to all via cloud computing platforms and increase efficiency and productivity by using cloud computing services flexibly and variably.
 

The study includes clarifying the concept of cloud computing services and their importance in the educational context, by presenting global and local success stories about adopting such services in various educational institutions, in addition to motivating the education sector to adopt cloud computing services, and developing the educational environment, which will contribute to achieving beneficiary satisfaction, empowering business, and establishing an effective government in line with the aspirations of Vision 2030.
