The agreement was signed during the Digital Saudi Exhibition held as part of "LEAP 23" Conference at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Convention Center, 6-9 February 2023, with the participation of major government and private agencies, local and international technology and communications companies, and in the presence of a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies, ministers, officials and professionals. Digital Saudi is a the Digital Government Authority’s initiative that aims to present the digital transformation in Saudi Arabia and highlight the government e-services provided to the beneficiaries, and shed light on the government digital transformation success stories.
