The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has launched the "Digital Report" service through the Beneficiary Engagement Center “Amer” in order to enhance participation and interaction between government entities and beneficiaries, providing a seamless and integrated experience in dealing with digital government services, as well as improving response and enhancing beneficiary satisfaction.

H.E. Eng. Ahmed Mohammed Alsuwaiyan, the Governor of Digital Government Authority, pointed out that Amer Center aims, through the "Digital Report" service, to open channels of communication with beneficiaries of digital government services and listen to their suggestions in order to enhance communication and improve the effectiveness of government services.

The "Digital Report" Service provides three paths to receive the beneficiaries' reports on digital government services. The path of "Submit Complaint" enables the beneficiary to escalate a complaint submitted on a digital service that has exceeded 5 days or in case of a lack of submitting a complaint. The "Conversion application" path enables the beneficiary to apply to convert from paper to digital service. The "Proposed Development" path enables the beneficiary to submit a suggestion to develop a digital service in a government agency. These paths contribute to accelerating the digital transformation and enhancing the beneficiary experience.

It is worth noting that DGA had previously launched the E-Participation initiative via the platform (Tafaul) in order to give the opportunity to all community segments to share their views, feedback, comments, and others, as well as participate in e-surveys in order to enhance and develop government services.

The Beneficiary Engagement Center “Amer” is a result of the Authority's efforts to enhance the digital response to the complaints and suggestions of beneficiaries under the DGA strategy, aiming to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
