The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has received the “Proven Business Impact Award” from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) for its role in enhancing beneficiary experience through the Unified Design System, "Platform Code". The award was announced during a virtual ceremony held by the organization in conjunction with World Customer Experience Day on October 7, 2025.

This achievement by the Authority in the field of beneficiary experience for the year 2025 is a recognition of the tangible impact that "Platform Code" has made in improving the quality of digital services and enhancing the operational efficiency of digital government platforms. This accomplishment is the result of the efforts of more than 110 government agencies in implementing the Unified Design System, "Platform Code".

The CXPA is a global non-profit organization and is the leading global reference in this field related to initiatives that have produced measurable results for beneficiaries and the performance of government agencies, such as reducing service completion times, increasing beneficiary satisfaction, and improving efficiency.

It is worth noting that the Digital Government Authority launched the Unified Design System, "Platform Code," to serve as the national reference for designing and developing government platform interfaces in Saudi Arabia. The aim is to unify the user experience across all government platforms to provide a consistent and comprehensive digital experience. This system also provides a design reference containing guidelines, tools, and ready-made components to assist designers and developers in building consistent and effective government digital interfaces, thereby enhancing the efficiency of digital transformation and improving beneficiary satisfaction.
