The Digital Government Authority published a Research Study on RegTech, one of digital solutions that foster regulatory compliance in all its aspects, to realize the highest possible impact, outline key digital techs that help regulators organize their work, through enforcement and control, as well as ensure compliance with regulations adopted by regulators, to keep pace with the accelerating technological change, by adopting new policies and regulations that measure and monitor compliance of public and private sectors.

Research Study Objectives:

• Outlining key digital technologies that help governments in regulation through enforcement and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations set by regulators.
• Enabling regulators to proactively monitor any business that lacks tax compliance, and realize highest impact possible.
• Supporting companies to meet regulatory requirements, giving them time to get informed of regulatory amendments for any emerging risks, and thus reduce efforts exerted by the government to carry out supervisory functions.
