هيئة الحكومة الرقمية تصدر حزمة تراخيص مرحلية ثالثة للحكومة الرقمية لـ 5 شركات

The Digital Government Authority issued the third package of general interim licenses for digital government business for 5 companies, namely: "Saudi Company for Exchanging Digital Information (Tabadul)", "National Housing Company", "Masdr Data Solution Company", "Tamkeen Technologies Company" and "Tatweer Educational Technologies Company", in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Eng. Ahmed bin Mohammed Alsuwaiyan, and a number of Their Excellencies and CEOs.

Likewise, the Authority issued several special licenses to develop and operate 7 existing digital government platforms and products. The licenses included the following platforms and products: "Fasah" for the Saudi Company for Exchanging Digital Information (Tabadul)", "Mofeed", "Masdr Amaly", "Akeed", and "Reports" for Masdr Data Solution Company, "Manar" for Tamkeen Technologies Company, and "Mosadaqa" for Tatweer Educational Technologies Company. These platforms and products are affiliated with 4 government agencies: (the Ministry of Education, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, General Organization for Social Insurance, and Technical and Vocational Training Corporation).

The Authority explained that these licenses are one of the outcomes of the "Experimental Regulatory Environment for Digital Government Business" initiative that was launched by it in November 2021, through which the Authority seeks to raise the efficiency and quality of digital platforms, provide leading digital services to beneficiaries, and improve the investment environment to support entrepreneurs, in addition to strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors, and accelerating the growth of the digital economy in order to achieve the digital government strategic directions and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Notably, the Digital Government Authority had previously issued in 2022 the first and second packages of interim licenses for digital government business for (5) companies and (26) digital platforms and products.
